Do you think someone is stalking your Instagram account? There are a variety of reasons you may want to find your Instagram stalkers. Whether you want to find out if there is an account you need to block, or you are simply curious which of your friends cares about you the most, finding your Instagram stalkers can be a worthwhile endeavor. It is possible to gain some clues as to who might be stalking your account within the Instagram app, but we will need a third-party app if we really want to dive deep into this search for our stalkers. Fortunately, this wikiHow article offers everything you need to know in order to see your stalkers on Instagram.

Things You Should Know

When an Instagram story has over 50 viewers, those listed atop the list are the users who most frequently engage with your account.
Professional Instagram accounts can access advanced statistics regarding the users who engage with their profile.

Open the Instagram app. Although there are countless apps available to help you find your Instagram stalkers, those who just want a rough idea can do so directly within the app. Instagram will not tell you who your stalkers are, but there are clues embedded within the app's stories feature.

Post a story. The order of the viewers on your Instagram story may be an indication of who is stalking your profile. Post a story to get started.

See who viewed your story. Open your story and swipe up from the bottom to see a list of users who have watched your story. With 50 viewers and under, the users will be listed in chronological order. However, once you have over 50 viewers, those listed at the top are the ones who interact with your account most frequently.
- You are likely to see some friends listed atop your story viewers, but if you see an account that is unfamiliar, they are likely a stalker.
  - Users who like your story will be automatically placed atop the list. Their presence atop the list may or may not be an indication of their stalking your account.^{[1]

- Also keep an eye out for any accounts listed that do not follow you. This means they sought out your account and opened your story. Even if they are not listed too highly, they may be one of your Instagram stalkers.

Switch your Instagram account to a professional account. Navigate to the Settings within your Instagram app and tap Account. Then, tap Switch to professional account.
- Professional accounts have access to advanced statistics that personal accounts do not.

Visit the "Insights" tab. Tap ☰ in the top-right corner of the app, and select Insights, represented by a bar graph. Here, you will find statistics for all of your stories and posts. Instagram will still not tell you which individuals are stalking you, but you can learn more about those who engage with your profile, including their age and gender.

Open the app and connect with your Instagram. Influxy will ask you to accept a series of permissions, before allowing you to sign in with your Instagram account.

- Reactions to my content - A breakdown of who likes your posts and stories, also highlighting who does it most frequently.
- What do my friends do? - A breakdown of who unfollows or blocks you.
- My success in networks - A breakdown of all of your posts and how many likes they have received.

Tap "Ranking TOP Visits" in the top-right corner. Here you will see a ranking of all accounts that have visited your profile. Anyone in your top 3 will be assigned a crown, and may be considered a stalker if they are not already a close friend or family member.

Install the Visitors Pro app on your iPhone or iPad. You can find it on the App Store.
- Note that you will need to pay in order to access Visitor Pro's stalker reports.

Connect your Instagram account. Open the app and sign in with your Instagram account.

Wait for the app to analyze your account. When you first connect your Instagram, the app will take some time to analyze your account and provide your desired reports. This process should only take a minute.

View your top 5 most active followers. Visitor Pro provides arguably the most direct evidence of a stalker, culling together all the ways users might interact with your account in order to reveal your top 5 most active followers. Anyone included on this list could very well be considered a "stalker".

Install the InStalker app on your Android. You can find the app on the Google Play Store.
- InStalker provides a bit of information for free, but most of its analysis is locked behind a paywall.

Connect your Instagram account. Open the app and sign in with your Instagram account.

Tap "Secret Admirers". This tab is most likely to include users you would consider a stalker. Secret Admirers are people who frequently engage with your account without following you.
- If you have not yet signed up for InStalker Premium, you will be prompted to at this time.
