Keep breaking the glass on your iPad? Decided you don't want to take that chance on breaking it. The Otterbox is one of those devices that are made to keep your iPad protected and still functional.

Steps

  1. 1
Remove the back from the front of the Otterbox casing. It 'pushes' apart very easily.
  2. 2
Separate the back of the casing (silicon) from the front. Basically, you have to peel it off.

  3. 3
Separate the back of the casing from the front. This is a little more difficult.
    • Push the front from the back at the 4 matching arrows that you will find on two of the sides of the case. Don't be in a hurry.
  4. 4
Make sure that the clear cover for the iPad is clean.
  5. 5
Make sure that your screen is clean.
  6. 6
Put the iPad into the back of the casing. It can only go in one way.
  7. 7
Carefully put in the transparent screen for the front of the iPad. Watch for fingerprints and animal hair.
  8. 8
Put the silicon backing to the case back on. This will basically be the reverse of when you were peeling it off. Make sure that everything is in the right place.
    • Now your iPad is fully protected.
  9. 9
When carrying around your iPad, make sure that it has the cover on it.
