This article will be telling you how to make a St Brigid's cross out of pipe cleaners. St Brigid is one of Ireland's patron Saints and she made a cross out of rushes to protect her from evil.These crosses are traditionally made on the 1st of February, and they're easy to make!
Steps

1Get 8 same length pipe cleaners and fold them in half.

2Use 2 of the pipe cleaners and slot them into each other.Advertisement

3Next slot another pipe cleaner over the other two at a right angle.

4Then step 3 on the opposite side.

5Now put a pipe cleaner sideways over the last pipe cleaner used.

6Repeat step 5.

7Repeat step 5.

8Repeat step 5.

9Cut a 9th unfolded pipe cleaner into quarters.

10Twist each quarter around each end and trim the ends.

11Congratulations!You have made your cross.
