You can make this modeling clay with three equal parts of water, corn starch and baking soda in about 20 minutes. This easy to make modeling clay results in a very smooth white clay that can be sculpted, rolled and cut with cookie cutters. This clay can air dry or be placed in an oven that had been warmed and shut off. After it's dry, your creation can be painted or left in its natural color.

1Gather the Ingredients and Materials·
- Before you start, gather a one-cup measuring cup, medium sized saucepan, a mixing spoon, air tight container, water, corn starch and baking soda.

3Pour corn starch directly into saucepan.

4Measure one cup of baking soda.

5Pour baking soda into the saucepan with the corn starch.

6Measure one cup of water.

7Pour water into the saucepan with the first two ingredients.

8Stir the three ingredients together until smooth.
- The mixture will be stiff and lumpy at first. Keep stirring until all ingredients are combined and smooth.

9Place the saucepan with ingredients on the stove over medium heat.
