This wikiHow guide will show you how to evolve Roselia into Roserade. Roserade is an excellent Poison and Grass Pokémon, and the final evolution of Budew. You’ll need a Shiny Stone to evolve Roselia into Roserade. If you know where to look, the stone will be easy to find. Note that Roserade is only available in Generations IV and later. For example, you can obtain Roserade in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum (or Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl).

Capture and evolve Budew. Budew evolves into Roselia. Budew is a small Bud Pokémon that looks like a plant sapling. You can either find and evolve a Budew, or capture a Roselia directly. To evolve Budew, you’ll need to have high friendship with Budew during the day time.^{[1]
