Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii (The World is Still Beautiful) is a manga series by Dai Shiina, which follows Nike, a princess from the Rain Dukedom, who is forced to marry the child king Livius against her wishes.

Nike Lemercier is the fourth princess of the Rain Dukedom, an island race of people, whose royal family have has the power to make it rain of their own volition. Sent to marry the Sun King Livius I so that her country may retain its autonomy, she discovers he is only a child upon arriving in the capital. At first the two don't see eye to eye, especially as Livius doesn't view the power to call the rain with the same respect that Nike does, but they gradually begin to open up to one another as they spend more time together.

The series as it is today began in 2012, and is currently ongoing, still published by Hakusensha in the magazine Hane to Yume. There are currently 10 volumes released.
- The anime for The World is Still Beautiful was directed by Hajime Kamegaki, and produced by the studio Pierrot. Running from April 6, 2014 until June 29, 2014, it had 12 episodes.
