It tells a story of a young boy that moves into an apartment haunted by the ghost of Nanana, an adventurer and treasure hunter murdered 10 years ago.
16 year old Jugo Yama was exiled into Nanae artificial island by his father after he refuses to take over the family business.
In the island, he moves into an apartment haunted by the ghost of former Treasure Hunter and island founder Nanana Ryugajo, and both become roommates (the ghost cannot leave the room and Jugo is tricked into paying one year in advance before knowing the room is haunted).
Jugo soon joins the adventure club of his school, and with his schoolmates goes on a hunt for the lost treasure of Nanana.
