In the Alliance VN and anime, Battler argues, resp, (see here and here)
However, their deaths were not proclaimed in red at the instant Doctor Nanjo died. Strictly speaking, it was in the fight between me and EVA after Doctor Nanjo's corpse was found. In other words, if someone was alive at the time Doctor Nanjo was killed, and then died before EVA made that proclamation, you can sew right through that crack!! In other words, it's like this. Someone who was first confirmed dead by EVA's proclamation was a culprit. They cleverly played dead earlier and waited for us to come and go...! Before their death was announced in red, we were made to think that they'd died. Then, they killed Doctor Nanjo...and later died for some reason! After that, EVA proclaimed their death in red!!
and
During the time that this person's death was still unconfirmed by the red text, they murdered Dr Nanjo. It was only afterwards that Eva-Beatrice announced this person's death in red!
But this seems to be impossible in the Alliance manga because in the Banquet manga, apparently, according to the fandom, there was this additional red truth in the manga that wasn't in the VN (or anime) :
Before Nanjo's murder, Kinzo, Krauss, Natsuhi, Hideyoshi, Rudolf, Kyrie, Rosa, Maria, George, Gohda, Kumasawa, Genji, Shannon, and Kanon were all dead!
Question: Surely the argument Battler uses in the Alliance VN and anime shouldn't be applicable to the Alliance manga right? Or, what, still the same because the additional red truth was given only after the supposed person X died?
