Steps

Go to the New Labels screen.

Click the "Options" tab.

Remove the checkmark from "Synchronize contents" box.

Click the "Labels" tab.

Select "Addresses" from the "Database" menu.

Select your sheet from the "Table" menu.

Select your label brand.

Choose a label type.

Select the database field that contains the first name.

Click the left-pointing arrow.

Press the space bar.

Insert the last name.

Click the left-pointing arrow.

Go to the next line.

Add the street field.

Click "New Document" to create your label sheet.
