You might have heard of the game "Push the Button". This is a game very similar to M.A.S.H, Press, or a cootie catcher. Here is what to do to make one, and how to play. Have fun!
Steps
Method 1
Method 1 of 2:
Construction
-
1Take a piece of plain or lined paper, and on one side make a list of names. For example, people at your school. You need to separate these into two columns: boys and girls. Also, number the names, with an equal number of names. You can have however many people as you want for each gender.
-
2Take the piece of paper and fold it in half 3 times hamburger style.Advertisement
-
3Choose one of the outside faces of the folded paper. This will be the "cover". Write the words "Push" on the outside and draw a button (or at least a circle.)
-
4Unfold the paper once. On this part, write "Girl" or "Boy".
-
5Unfold the paper again, so the paper is only folded in half. On this section write actions for the player to do to a mystery person, like "kiss", "hug", "high-five", "say 'I love You'", etc. There can be as many of these as you choose.

Method 2
Method 2 of 2:
Gameplay
-
1Find someone to play with you. Go up to the person, or your friend and ask them to "push the button". Let them press the button on your "push the button".
-
2Unfold the paper and ask them to pick either "girl" or "boy". This will be the gender of the person they have to do the action to.
-
3Once they do this, unfold the paper. Let the person pick an action to do to the mystery person.
-
4Once they have picked, ask them a number between 1 and the number of students you have in each column.
-
5The number the person chooses determines who they will "hug", "kiss", "ask out", or anything else. Make them do it. Soon, this game will catch on with your whole grade. Another way to make this game is to get a piece of paper and fold it into four sections. Draw a circle, and put push under it. Then put categories like Boy, Car, House, Money, etc. ad list several choices for each. Ask someone to push the button. Then open it and say "Boy. One to- however many you have." The crazier the ideas, the better! I have one 11 pages long, typed, with 158 jobs and 108 deaths!
