Here is an easy, simple, yet delicious way to make the home-made tuna pasta! It can be served hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can tuna
  • 1/2 can sweet corn
  • Olive oil
  • Salt (optional, but recommended)
  • Black pepper (optional, but recommended)
  • Onions (or green onions)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Water
  • Pasta

Steps

    Pour 1 tbsp of olive oil into a frying pan. turn the hob to medium heat and wait for the oil to get hot.

    Add some chopped onion or chopped green onion in to the frying-pan with the oil and lightly sauté.

    Season with salt to taste.

    Add 1\2 a can of tuna and just under 1\2 a can of sweetcorn to the frying-pan.

    Lightly fry for about 30 seconds

    Boil pasta according to package directions.

    Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and leave to drain.

    Put the pasta back into the pan.

    Mix the tuna and sweetcorn mixture into the pasta until the pasta is evenly coated.

    Stir in 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and mix well.
