- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cardamom
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1/2 tablespoon cloves
- 1/2 tablespoon fennel or anise seed
