Want to obtain the National Pokédex and unlock Pal Park so that you can move your Pokémon from Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed and LeafGreen over to Pokémon Platinum? Well, you must see every Pokémon in the Sinnoh Pokédex and then visit Prof. Rowan. Most Pokémon are found by battling trainers throughout the Sinnoh region, but some require further exploring. Read on to find out how to see them all.

Steps

  1. 1
Play through the main story until you beat the Elite Four. Along your way, battle all the trainers you find. You will see almost all of the Pokémon this way.
  2. 2
Go to the Old Chateau at night to see Rotom, if you haven't already. The Old Chateau is in northern Eterna Forest and requires Cut (HM01) to reach. Interact with the TV that can be found there to initiate a battle with Rotom.

Go to the old Chateu in the Eterna forest. Use cut to cut down the trees. Go inside and go to the second floor to the door in the middle. Go inside, and go to the door on your left. It has to be from eight p.m to four a.m. Talk to the TV, and it will ask if you want to thump it. If you say yes, a level 20 Rotom will appear.
