Most women who are uncomfortable with their weight tend to wear clothes that are larger than they should be wearing. This is the biggest no-no and thing that you should not do. Because what's happening is when our clothes aren't fitting us and there's excess, we're adding volume. So if you already have volume on your body, you're trying to hide it. You don't want to add more volume. So really, you want to find tops and clothes that are going to skim the body, not skin tight, but something that's going to define the waist, define the figure, not be too tight around the middle. Just find those perfect middle pieces to show the figure because wearing clothes that don't fit is absolutely not the thing to do if you're plus size or mid to plus size.
