How to Delete a Patreon Account (2021)

Although it's no longer possible to delete your account in the Patreon app, you can submit a deletion request through the Privacy Center. This wikiHow will teach you how to delete a Patreon account using a web browser. It may take up to 30 days before your account is deleted, so if you have a recurring subscription that you don't want to pay for, you cancel it before you submit your account for deletion.

Steps

Go to https://privacy.patreon.com/#patreon-profile-information. You can use any web browser to do this, but it's not available in either the iOS or Android mobile app.

Click Take Control. It's in the right side of the page.

Click Erase. You'll see this next to an icon of a trashcan.
- If you aren't already logged in, you'll be prompted to log in now.

Click Allow. You'll need to give Transcend access to your account so it can be deleted.

Click Confirm Request. The entire process takes about 30 days, but for the first 14 days, you can cancel the request. You'll get emails from Patreon that you'll have to respond to in order to continue the data deletion. When the deletion is finished, Transcend will send you an email letting you know.^{[1]
