-
3Then, scrub your face with your facial scrubs, especially in those spotty areas!
-
4After, apply your toner onto a cotton ball and rub in small circles on your face, just like the cleanser, but don't wash it off.
-
5While your face is still damp from your toner, gently dab some moisturizer into your skin.[2]
-
6Repeat this every evening and morning and eventually your skin should become much more clearer and less spotted.
-
7Finished.
