Hobbyist/n00b programmer looking to make my life a little less boring. I took several courses back in the college days before realizing programming was not a good career option for me. Looking now to get into mobile app development as well as looking for some scripting knowledge to help with some of the basics at work, particularly PowerShell and more advanced Excel functionality.

Like many technology folks I am a die-hard gamer. Love MMORPGs and I was a "moderate-core" raider in the days of EverQuest and early World of Warcraft. JRPGs are also a love of mine. Started with Final Fantasy 7 and have never looked back, delving into the older generations (FF, Chrono Trigger, etc.) as well as the newer ones (Tales, Neptunia, etc.).

I'm also a car guy and into motorsports. Have not yet gotten into participating in actual events/leagues yet but I am competitive in the world of e-sports with Gran Turismo Sport and their older GT Academy. Recently have purchased a car that could be my gateway into autocross or other local sanctioned events but time will tell.
