The manga and anime series both follow three 10-year old girls who work for B.A.B.E.L., as well as their sometimes-enemy, an organization called "P.A.N.D.R.A."
Aside from light novel and game adaptations, there's also a completely original spin-off TV anime series called Zettai Karen Children: The Unlimited, which follows the esper "Kyousuke Hyoubu", who was one of the antagonists from the original anime TV series.
