Otome Yōkai Zakuro (おとめ妖怪 ざくろ, Maiden Spirit Zakuro) is a Seinen Manga series written and illustrated by Lily Hoshino, first serialized in November 2006 in Comic Birz.

Set in an alternate Japan where humans and spirits (yōkai) coexits, currently going though Westernization. The Japanese Imperial Army assigns 3 lieutenants, Kei Agemaki, Riken Yoshinokazura and Ganryu Hanakiri to work with the Ministry of Spirit Affairs and are partnered with 4 half-spirit girls, Kei Agemaki with Zakuro, Riken Yoshinokazura with Susukihotaru and Ganryu Hanakiri with the twins Bonbori and Hozuki.

An anime adaptation was produced by J.C.Staff and directed by Chiaki Kon and began to air in October 2010. Nippon Ichi SOftware America (NISA) licensed and released the DVD collection in June 2012.
