Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru is a 2005 visual novel by Caramel Box, adapted into a 12-episode anime in 2006. It follows Mizuho Miyanokouji, a teenage boy whose grandmother stipulates in her will that he must attend her old high school, Seio Academy, an all-girls school. With the help of his cousin Mariya, Mizuho crossdresses and begins attending, where he befriends the refined and ladylike Shion Jujou and tsundere Takako Itsukushima, and becomes a highly respected oneesama for his underclassmen and dorm-mates Yukari Kamioka and Kana Suoin.
Also known as Otome wa Oneesama ni Koishiteru, or Otoboku for short.
