It focuses on a clumsy high school girl named Sio Ogura, who finds out after an alien invasion during her school trip to Taiwan that she is the E-Gene Holder of Oda Nobunaga, and she has the power to manifest an AU weapon that can fight back the Evolutionary Invasion Objects.
