Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid (or 小林さんちのメイドラゴン) is an ongoing manga series written by Coolkyoushinja. Kobayashi, a programmer working at a normal office life, suddenly encounters a dragon outside of her front door on her way to work. The dragon transforms into a young girl dressed in a maid outfit, already ready to move into Kobayashi's apartment. An anime adaptation by Kyoto Animation started airing in January of 2017.

Kobayashi, a programmer working at a normal office life, suddenly encounters a dragon outside of her front door on her way to work. The dragon transforms into a busty young girl dressed in a maid outfit and introduces herself as Tooru. Apparently while out drinking the night before, Kobayashi has met this dragon in the forest and offered her a place to stay. Kobayashi hesitantly agrees, as Tooru offers to be her personal maidservant.
An anime adaptation was produced by Kyoto Animation, starting in January of 2017. A spin-off manga by Mitsuhiro Kimura focusing on the young dragon girl Kanna began in December 2016.
