In episode 5, at around 5:13 mark, we see the car driving away from the camera. On the right the "HOTEL" sign is drawn horizontally flipped. Could it be that in real life such sign exists, or is this just a drawing error?

I remember an anime about a girl from Japan who came to the United States (where everyone speaks Japanese, apparently) to join a famous high-tech sort of circus. What I can't remember is the name of that anime. Could anyone give me a lead?
