Gunbuster (also Top wo Nerae! or Aim for the Top!) is a 6-episode OVA series created by Studio GAINAX in 1988, in which Noriko Takaya must persuade everyone - especially herself - that she can indeed fulfill her goal of becoming an accomplished pilot despite being just an ordinary girl.
