Doraemon (ドラえもん) is a manga series by Fujiko Fujio, with several long-running anime adaptations. It tells the tale of a robotic cat from the 22nd century called Doraemon, who was sent back in time by his owner Sewashi, to help his ancestor Nobita Nobi get ahead in life, so he can have a bigger allowance.
