Carnival Phantasm (カーニバル・ファンタズム) is an OVA series based on the manga series Take-Moon by Type-Moon which focuses on humorous situations involving Type-Moon characters. Most of the characters are from the Fate/stay night and Tsukihime franchises (see also: and ).

The franchise includes:

  • An anime series, Carnival Phantasm, containing 16 episodes that ran from 2011-2012
  • A manga series, Take-Moon, containing 2 volumes that ran from 2004-2005
