Big Windup (おおきく振りかぶって or Ōkiku Furikabutte, often shortened to Ōfuri) is a manga by Asa Higuchi beginning in 2003. An anime series was produced by A-1 Pictures from 2007 to 2010. It is sports genre, about a high school baseball team in Japan whose pitcher (main character) suffers from a social anxiety disorder.
