Bartender is a manga by Araki Joh and Kenji Nagatomo.
Bartender is a slice-of-life manga written by Araki Joh and illustrated by Kenji Nagatomo, spanning 21 volumes. It was later adapted into a 11-episode anime TV series and a live action TV drama. The story follows a bartending prodigy, Ryu Sasakura, at the "Eden Hall", a bar in Tokyo's Ginza district. People of all kinds end up at the bar with their unusual troubles and partake of Ryu's drinks.
The manga started serialization in December 2004. The anime was directed by Masaki Watanabe and produced by Palm Studio. It aired from October through December of 2006.
