Arata-naru Sekai is a mixed-media project (manga, novel, and anime).
Arata-naru Sekai ("The World of Arata" or "The New World" - it's a pun) is a mixed-media project set in three different times: a manga by Hitoma Iruma and Kendi Oiwa (the past), a novel also by Iruma (the present), and an anime OVA (the future). It's about four highschool girls who are sent to the future to evade human extinction.
