Accel World is a light novel series written by Reki Kawahara and illustrated by HiMA. It has been adapted into two manga series, both published in ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Bunko Magazine. A 24-episode anime adaptation by Sunrise aired in Japan between April and September 2012.
