So, I am really having a problem understanding what Sorachi wants to convey when he draws Isaburo behind Nobume in Gintama chapter 671.

First, what does his pose means (by pose I am referring to him placing his arm on the head of the chair)? At first, I thought that it didn't mean anything. Then, I realised that his arm is coloured white in contrast to most of his body is darken. So, I thought that Sorachi is trying to emphasize something, but I can't wrap my head around it.

Second, why doesn't he have any eyebrows? Most of the time when Sorachi draws a character's eyes being dark, he always draws an eyebrow. Even the Bakufu characters in Nobume explanation exactly before this panel had eyebrows with dark eyes. So, why did he suddenly draw Isaburo with no eyebrows? Did he just forget or something? Or does lacking eyebrows mean something?
