I apologize if this is the wrong StackExchange website. I contemplated pretty hard if this question relating to voice acting belongs in "music", "sound", "movies", or "anime" since those are the closest categories, where singing/voice acting are not StackExchange communities.

Alright, to the question, I notice some but very few male voice actors like Trapman doing a loli voice impression. For example at 35:40 in this video, you can see him doing a loli voice: https://youtu.be/0onFT8e7wv0?t=2140

Another person that did it was BobaTeaVA, a male voice actor on Fiverr. In this video, CDawgVA asked a voice actor including BobaTeaVA to voice at the same scene that both had female and male characters at 9:06: https://youtu.be/XEVxc6TmdBs?t=546

Of course, with so very few male people doing it, maybe 2-4 that exist in the entire world who speaks English from my Google searching of "male voice actor voice acts loli/anime girl voice", I am skeptical. Both of the examples above claim to not use voice changer software. I wonder if a voice changer was used, like the guy who was showing his face, too, could be pressing a button to change his voice. I'd like to learn how to voice act an anime girl/loli voice being a male, but the first step is making sure it's possible.

Well... I believe it's certainly possible: [voice feminization](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voice_therapy_(transgender)#Voice_feminization) (note: while the topic is under 'transgender', the focus is on voice therapy). Also, Music.SE has a similar topic on [How to sing “like a girl” for men?](https://music.stackexchange.com/q/25428/13291). Though, the problem is whether *you* (the individual) are possible to do it (I certainly won't with my bass voice). – Aki Tanaka Jun 08 '20 at 06:37
